Congress Extends Tax Credits for Energy Efficient Equipment

Congress passed the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015, and President Obama signed it into law on December 18, 2015. The Act extends the tax credits for energy efficient equipment installed from January 1,2015 through the end of 2016.
Lochinvar products that qualify for the tax credits are the KNIGHT Residential Gas-fired Boilers, (models beginning with KB, KH and WH) and the Residential Electric HEAT PUMP Water Heaters (models beginning with HP). Additional information about the tax credits can be found on the Energy Star website at www.energystar.gov.
